Minotaur Media has ventured into women’s basketball after being hired by the Midwest Sound of the Women’s American Basketball Association (WABA) to provide them with a website update, a logo tweak, and season-long graphics for their 2026 season.

The Midwest Sound are based in St. Louis, Missouri and are 5-time WABA Midwest Region Champions, 3-time WABA Final Four participants, and the 2021 WABA Finalists.

“As the father of two daughters, both of whom are athletes, women’s sports are incredibly important in our household,” said Minotaur Media owner Eric Ivie. “Highlighting and empowering female athletes and women in general comes naturally to us. We are ecstatic for this opportunity!”

The Sound open their season on July 11 at 5 p.m. CT at home against the Michigan Supreme out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

They also host the OnPoint Swish on Aug. 1 and the Steel City Queens over the weekend of Aug 8-9.
