The reigning American Basketball Association (ABA) Central Region Blue Division Champions, the Steel City Yellow Jackets, have announced their tryouts information for the 2026-27 season.
The Yellow Jackets, owned by Ace Pippens, are based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and play their home games at A Giving Heart Community Center at 816 Climax Street in Pittsburgh.
Open tryouts will be held at the same facility on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026 at 11 a.m.
Opponents in the Central Region Blue Division are located in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, and the remaining ABA Central Region teams are located in Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
The Yellow Jackets also frequently play against teams in the ABA East Region.
