The Indiana Legends of the American Basketball Association (ABA) have announced their tryouts for the 2026-27 season.
Located just northeast of Indianapolis in New Castle, Indiana, the Legends will compete in the ABA Central Region Blue Division this season.
The Legends begin their fourth season in the ABA after setting franchise records for most wins in a season last year. Their 2025-26 campaign ended in the ABA Central Region Blue Division Semifinals on the road in a close game against the Steel City Yellow Jackets in Pittsburgh. The Yellow Jackets went on to win the Blue Division title.
For the second consecutive season, Minotaur Media, LLC will live stream the Legends’ home games and some of their away games.
Tryouts for the 2026-27 squad will be held on July 11 from 5-7 p.m. at Church Street Gym in New Castle. Registration is $75 at the door, and players must bring their own basketball.
